Can I hire the household linen?

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be hired from our concierge. Rates are as follows
- 26 euros for a double bed
- 22 euros for a single bed
- 10 euros per person for towels

What time can I arrive and what time do I have to leave?

Arrivals are possible after 5pm and departures before 10am.

How are arrivals organised ?

Arrivals are managed by an on-site concierge. It is important to contact him beforehand to organise your arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our rental accommodation.

How does end-of-stay cleaning work?

End-of-stay cleaning is included for winter stays. However, we ask that the kitchen area is tidy and clean, and that the dishes are washed before you leave.

Is there a parking space available?

Rental includes one underground parking space suitable for standard passenger vehicles. Please note that some spaces are not accessible to vehicles over 2 metres high.

Is it possible to have two parking spaces?

The flat has a single parking space. Our concierge will be happy to find you another space, subject to availability.

Is there an electric charging point for the vehicles?

There are no electric charging points available on site at the moment.

What facilities are there for ski equipment?

There are two ski lockers outside the flat for your convenience and a ski boot dryer inside the flat.

Is the concierge available to meet my needs during my stay?

Yes, the concierge is available on site for any requests or needs you may have during your stay.

Is it possible to hire ski or other equipment?

Yes, the concierge can offer you low-cost equipment hire packages, as well as other services to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection in the flat?

Yes, the flat has free Wi-Fi. Connection details will be provided on arrival.

Is the flat equipped for young children?

We can provide equipment suitable for young children, such as a cot and high chair, on request. Please let us know your specific requirements in advance.

Is the flat accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The flat is not considered accessible to people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs, due to the width of the corridors, the doors and the non-adapted sanitary facilities. However, the residence does have a lift.

What are the smoking policies?

For the comfort of all our guests, the flat is entirely non-smoking. Smoking areas may be available outside.
